While we do not provide in-house installation, we work with trusted local contractors and can refer you upon request. We also provide installation instructions and guidance for each collection.

We offer a curated selection of high-quality bathroom vanities crafted from durable materials such as solid wood, birch, teak, and engineered stone. Our exclusive collections feature soft-close drawers, dovetail joints, premium finishes, and elegant, timeless design options. We also offer over 70,000 product variations and personalized customer service.

We don’t have displays of every single product in our showrooms, but we do feature a wide selection of our most popular collections and finishes. If there’s a specific model you’d like to see, please let us know in advance and we’ll confirm if it’s currently on display.

Same-day pickup isn’t available under normal circumstances. However, in special cases (for example, if you’re driving from far away), we can try to accommodate with advance notice.

Yes, you can schedule a showroom consultation. Our design specialists are available to walk you through our collections, finishes, and customization options. We recommend booking an appointment in advance so we can dedicate time to your project.

Warranty Information

Our products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. If a defect is proven, we will replace or repair the defective part free of charge.

We ship orders within 4–10 business days.

Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in these timeframes.

If an order is cancelled before the goods ship your payment will be fully refunded. If you want to cancel an order after the goods ship, you still can return the product for a full refund but you will be responsible for freight charges for both ways. (Shipping and returning freight charges).

Yes, we can store items purchased for a period of 30 days, from the purchased date, free of charge.

Order Preparation & Shipping

All orders are carefully inspected and pre-packaged at our factories using durable cartons and protective styrofoam. Shipments are palletized and secured with straps for safe transit.

  • Within 100 miles: Delivered by our own trucks

  • Under 100 lbs: Shipped with parcel carriers such as UPS, DHL, or USPS

It's a good idea to have help available when your order arrives since the freight company is only responsible for unloading this item off the truck.

The trucking company will reschedule your delivery but there will be a redelivery charge of $95

Visible Damage: When you receive your order, if it's damaged, simply refuse the shipment, we will replace your order free of charge.

Concealed Damage: If the damage is discovered after the freight bill is signed, the buyer has 5 business days to report it after receiving the item by contacting via email support@willowbathandvanity.com. We require pictures of the damage. We will review your claim and replace the merchandise if necessary. No additional shipping charges will apply if the return is authorized.

We'll be happy to fix that. We will ship you the correct item free of charge. All we ask is that you send the pictures of the products you received to support@willowbathandvanity.com

Yes, we offer replacement parts. If the parts you need are in stock we ship right away. We might need to order the parts directly from the factory, in that case, it takes 6 - 8 weeks minimum. The customer is responsible for the freight from the GEORGIA shipping point.

You can return the merchandise within 30 days for a full refund. Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise in resalable condition in its original box. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. After the product is received, a full refund minus the shipping charges will be issued.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When Your Freight Order Arrives

  • The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time.
  • Freight shipments are delivered curbside only (not inside your home or business).
  • The driver will lower the pallet to the ground using a liftgate.
  • You must inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any visible damage, note it on the receipt and take photos immediately.

  • For large or heavy items, we recommend having extra help on-site to move the products from curbside into your space.

If a scheduled delivery is missed, the trucking company will reschedule your order. In some cases, a redelivery fee may apply. The amount and whether it’s charged depend on the carrier’s policy.

Yes, we offer replacement parts. If the parts you need are in stock, we’ll ship them right away. If they must be ordered directly from the factory, the lead time is typically 10–14 weeks. Customers are responsible for freight charges from our Georgia shipping point.

All special orders, custom linen cabinets, cut-to-size vanity tops, modified countertops, showroom samples, and discounted items are final sale and non-returnable.

We do not install however we can recommend local installers which we may have had experience with.

Manufacturing & Quality Control

Willow Bath and Vanity products are crafted in Vietnam, India, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Every item undergoes double quality control inspections—both before leaving the factory and again after arriving at our Georgia, USA warehouse—ensuring the highest standards before reaching our customers.

All Willow Collections vanities require minimal assembly. We strongly recommend using a licensed contractor and plumber for installation—failure to do so may void the warranty.

Countertops & Wall-Mount Options

Yes, all prefabricated countertops come with a pre-drilled single faucet hole. We can also modify them for an 8" widespread faucet upon request. In addition, certain vanities are available in a wall-mount option. Please contact us for more details.

YES, you can buy it without top

Yes, they are presealed at the factories but we recommend you seal it every 6 months. Don't worry sealing is very process; just spray the sealer on the top and wipe it with a cloth. Make sure to read the instructions on the bottle.
