Willow Bath and Vanity One-Year Limited Warranty

Willow Bath and Vanity stands behind the materials and workmanship of our products. This limited warranty explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request service.

Coverage at a glance

  • Warranty period: One year from the date the product is delivered.
  • Who is covered: The original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
  • Eligible purchases: Products purchased directly from Willow Bath and Vanity or from an authorized retailer.
  • Remedy: For an approved claim, Willow may repair the covered component, provide a replacement part, or replace the product, at Willow’s discretion.

Labor, removal, reinstallation, plumbing, electrical work, finishing work, and other third-party service costs are not included.

What this limited warranty covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal residential use within the warranty period. Depending on the product and the verified cause, covered defects may include:

  • Abnormal peeling or failure of a factory-applied finish
  • Structural cracks caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Broken or malfunctioning factory-installed hardware or components
  • Abnormal discoloration caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Other verified manufacturing defects that affect the product’s intended function

Freight damage, shortages, or damage visible at delivery are handled under our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges policies. Concealed shipping damage must be reported with photographs within 48 hours of delivery.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, chips, small dents, or gradual finish wear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, impact, standing water, poor ventilation, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Damage caused by harsh chemicals, bleach, ammonia, acids, abrasive cleaners, solvents, or abrasive pads
  • Damage caused by improper handling, installation, plumbing, wall support, maintenance, modification, painting, or repair
  • Damage caused by extreme temperature changes, excessive humidity, prolonged direct sunlight, or use outside the product’s intended environment
  • Labor, removal, reinstallation, plumbing, electrical, tile, wall, flooring, or other incidental project costs
  • Products used in commercial or public settings unless separate written project or trade warranty terms state otherwise

Products sold as-is, scratch-and-dent, floor models, liquidation, or final clearance are not covered for conditions disclosed at the time of sale. Any other coverage follows the written terms provided with that sale.

Natural wood, stone, and handcrafted variation

Wood and natural stone are naturally variable materials. Differences in grain, mineral streaks, knots, checks, veining, crystallization, tone, and color are part of their character and are not manufacturing defects. Wood also changes color gradually as it ages and is exposed to light.

Replacement doors, drawers, panels, or stone pieces may not match the original piece exactly. Handcrafted products may also vary slightly in dimensions and finish within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Installation and care

Professional installation is strongly recommended, particularly for stone tops, plumbing connections, and floating vanities. Professional installation is not itself a condition of warranty coverage; however, damage caused by improper installation, insufficient wall support, plumbing leaks, handling, or repair is not covered. Installation must comply with applicable building and plumbing codes.

Clean cabinets with a soft damp cloth and mild, pH-neutral soap, then dry promptly. Do not allow water to remain at seams, joints, plumbing openings, or countertop edges. Follow the care requirements for the selected countertop material.

How to submit a claim

  1. Direct Willow purchase: Contact Willow Customer Care at support@willowbathandvanity.com or 877-788-8444.
  2. Authorized retailer purchase: Start with the retailer shown on your receipt. If the retailer directs you to Willow or cannot assist, contact Willow Customer Care with the retailer’s information and proof of purchase.
  3. Provide your order number or receipt, delivery date, product SKU or QC label, a detailed description, and clear photographs or video of the issue.
  4. Keep the product and all relevant parts available for inspection. Do not discard, alter, uninstall, or repair the affected component unless instructed.

Submitting a claim does not automatically confirm coverage. Willow will review the information and determine whether the condition is covered and which remedy applies.

Additional legal terms

Willow’s total responsibility for an approved claim will not exceed the original purchase price of the covered product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
