Choosing Your Vanity

Materials, sizes, samples and showrooms

Are Willow Bath and Vanity showrooms open to the public?

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome at both Atlanta-area showrooms:

  • Norcross: 6510 Jimmy Carter Blvd, Suite C, Norcross, GA 30071 · (770) 752-2223
  • Alpharetta: 6520 Corporate Court, Suite 200, Alpharetta, GA 30005 · (770) 752-2224

Both locations are open Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Sunday, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM. See directions on our showroom page.

Do the showrooms display every product?

Not every size, finish, and countertop combination can be displayed at once, but both showrooms carry a broad selection of popular collections. Call the showroom before visiting if you want to see a particular model or finish.

What are Willow Bath and Vanity vanities made from?

Materials vary by collection. Natural-wood lines use teak, white oak, mango, mindi, and other hardwoods. Painted lines use birch, with marine-grade moisture-resistant plywood and natural veneer on larger panels where that construction improves stability. Check the Materials & Construction details on the product page for the exact vanity.

What is included with a complete vanity?

A complete configuration includes the assembled cabinet, cabinet hardware, the selected countertop and backsplash, and the correct under-mount sink basin or basins. Faucets, drains, mirrors, plumbing parts, and installation are not included unless the product page states otherwise.

What sizes and sink layouts are available?

Options vary by collection and may include widths from 24 to 96 inches, single-sink, center-sink, offset-sink, and double-sink layouts. Select the size and configuration on the product page to see current pricing and availability.

Can I order finish and countertop samples first?

Yes. You may order up to five complimentary finish and countertop samples. The $9.99 sample shipping charge is credited toward a qualifying vanity order.

Can I purchase a vanity without a countertop?

Many collections offer a Cabinet Only option. Availability varies by model and size, so choose Cabinet Only in the product configurator when it is offered.

How do I know whether a product is in stock?

The product page shows current availability for the selected size, finish, countertop, and sink layout. Out-of-stock combinations are not presented as available to purchase unless a preorder option is specifically shown. Contact Customer Care if you need an estimated restock date.

02

Orders & Payment

Checkout, payment, changes and storage

How can I place an order?

Configure the product and complete checkout online, or call 877-788-8444 for help with an online order. Showroom teams can also assist with purchases made in person.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the major payment methods and any financing options displayed at checkout. Approved trade or large-project orders may have additional payment options; contact Customer Care for details.

When will my card be charged?

Payment is processed when the order is placed so the selected inventory can be reserved and preparation can begin.

Will sales tax be charged?

Applicable sales tax is calculated from the shipping or pickup location and shown during checkout in accordance with state and local requirements.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us immediately. An order may be canceled or changed only before it ships. Once dispatched, it cannot be canceled or reconfigured; refusing an undamaged shipment is treated as a buyer’s return and is subject to the 15% restocking fee plus outbound and return shipping.

Can Willow Bath and Vanity hold my order for a later date?

With advance approval, Willow Bath and Vanity can store a purchased order for up to 30 days at no charge. Beginning on day 31, storage is $100 per month, per order, billed in full-month increments.

03

Shipping & Delivery

Timing, services, appointments and inspection

How long does delivery take?

In-stock orders typically require 5–8 business days to process after payment confirmation, although some ship sooner. Freight transit is usually another 5–10 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Preorder, backorder, remote-area, and special-service dates may vary.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the selected products, delivery ZIP code, and available service level. Enter the delivery address to see the current options and price before placing the order.

How will my order be shipped?

Large vanities and stone tops generally ship by scheduled LTL freight. Smaller items and replacement parts may ship by parcel carrier. Cabinets, countertops, sinks, and accessories may arrive in separate cartons or shipments for safer handling.

What delivery services are available?

Curbside delivery is standard for most freight orders. Threshold and White Glove services may be available in select ZIP codes. The services available for your address appear at checkout.

How will I know when freight will arrive?

We send tracking after dispatch. When the shipment reaches the local freight terminal, the carrier contacts you to schedule a weekday delivery window.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

An adult age 18 or older must receive and inspect a scheduled freight delivery. An authorized person may sign for you if they understand the inspection requirements. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery, waiting, or storage fees.

What should I do before signing for delivery?

Count and inspect every carton. Record specific damage or shortages on the delivery receipt and take photographs while the driver is present. Refuse any severely damaged item and accept undamaged items when they can be separated. Unpack promptly and report concealed damage with photographs within 48 hours.

04

Returns & Damage

Eligibility, costs, damage and refunds

Can I return an unused item if I change my mind?

Eligible unused and uninstalled products may be returned with prior authorization when requested within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee, original outbound shipping, and return shipping are deducted from the refund.

Do I need an RMA and the original packaging?

Yes. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization before shipping anything. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and repacked exactly as received in its original Willow Bath and Vanity cartons, crating, inserts, and paperwork.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?

Document visible damage before signing and contact Willow Bath and Vanity the same day. Concealed damage must be reported with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the product and every piece of packaging until the claim is resolved.

What if I receive the wrong item or a component is missing?

Contact Customer Care with the order number, product SKU or QC label, and photographs of the item and packaging. Once verified, Willow Bath and Vanity will arrange the appropriate correction without an additional product or standard shipping charge.

What is the difference between a return, freight claim, and warranty claim?

A buyer’s return covers an unused product you no longer want. A freight claim covers damage or shortages caused during delivery and must follow the delivery inspection deadlines. A warranty claim covers a verified manufacturing defect during the one-year warranty period.

How long does an approved refund take?

After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

05

Installation & Care

Assembly, mounting, countertops and daily care

Does the vanity arrive assembled?

The cabinet arrives assembled with doors, drawers, and factory-installed hardware in place. For safer transport, the countertop, backsplash, and sink basin may ship separately and must be installed and connected on site.

Does Willow Bath and Vanity provide installation?

Willow Bath and Vanity does not provide in-house installation. We strongly recommend an experienced vanity installer or licensed plumbing professional, especially for stone tops, plumbing connections, and floating vanities. Professional installation is recommended but is not itself a condition of warranty coverage; damage caused by improper installation is not covered.

What support is required for a floating vanity?

A floating vanity must be secured to wall studs or properly installed structural blocking appropriate for the cabinet and stone-top weight. Drywall alone is not sufficient. Confirm the wall structure and mounting plan before installation.

Which faucet-hole configurations are available?

Available drilling varies by the selected top and product. Options may include single-hole, 8-inch widespread, or wall-mount preparation. Confirm the selected configuration in the product configurator before ordering.

How should I care for the cabinet finish?

Wipe splashes and standing water promptly. Clean with a soft damp cloth and a small amount of mild, pH-neutral soap, then dry the surface. Avoid bleach, ammonia, solvents, harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, and prolonged direct sunlight.

How should I care for the countertop?

Quartz is non-porous and does not require sealing; use mild soap and avoid abrasives and excessive heat. Marble, quartzite, travertine, and many terrazzo tops need pH-neutral stone cleaner and periodic sealing. Avoid vinegar, acidic bathroom cleaners, and limescale removers on natural stone.

Are variations in wood and natural stone normal?

Yes. Grain, knots, mineral streaks, veining, crystallization, tone, and gradual color changes are natural characteristics, not manufacturing defects. Samples and replacement pieces may not match the original product exactly.

06

Warranty & Parts

Coverage, claims and replacement parts

What warranty is included?

Willow Bath and Vanity products include a one-year limited warranty against verified defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage begins on the delivery date and applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches or chips, natural wood or stone variation, harsh chemicals, standing water, misuse, improper installation, insufficient wall support, plumbing leaks, modification, or damage caused by handling or repair. Labor, removal, and reinstallation costs are not included.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

For a purchase made directly from Willow Bath and Vanity, email support@willowbathandvanity.com or call 877-788-8444. Include the order number or receipt, delivery date, SKU or QC label, a description, and clear photographs or video. For an authorized-retailer purchase, start with the retailer shown on the receipt; contact Willow Bath and Vanity if the retailer directs you to us or cannot assist.

Are replacement parts available?

Yes. For an approved warranty claim, Willow Bath and Vanity may provide a replacement component as the remedy. Parts purchased outside warranty are subject to availability, price, and shipping charges; factory-ordered parts may require additional lead time.
