Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut is not available, and shipping outside of the United States is not available. It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of the order from shipment to delivery.
All returned items must be shipped in an undamaged “like new” condition. Order must be shipped in the original Willow Bath And Vanity packaging and crating materials for the return to be accepted. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be requested and approved prior to shipping any products back to Willow Bath And Vanity. All returns will be inspected upon arrival and once the return is approved, applicable credit will be provided.
