Willow Bath and Vanity Return Policy

Below is Willow Bath And Vanity standard return policy. The policy may differ depending on the Authorized Retailer the order was purchased from. Please get in touch with Willow Bath and Vanity or the Authorized Retailer you purchased from for confirmation.

REQUIREMENTS TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Item has been delivered within the last 30 days

You must reach out to us before you make your return to obtain a Return Authorization Form. Any returns received without a return authorization will be returned to the sender.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all original packaging material, factory information, and paperwork. NOTE: Please do not write on or put any markings on the outside of the packaging. Packages that contain writing or markings on the outside of the packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

The item must be packaged exactly as it was shipped. Any variation in the repackaging could cause the item to be damaged in transit, making the return invalid.

Item is unused and uninstalled.

Please note the following types of items may not be returned under any circumstance:

  • Items that have been partially or completely installed and/or assembled

  • Modified or altered items

  • Items not in original Willow Bath And Vanity packaging and crating materials

  • Custom or made-to-order items,

  • Final sale items

  • Items are damaged through normal wear, such as sun exposure, humidity, or other natural factors .

Any orders that are refused for any other reason than damages to the merchandise, manufacturer defect, or shipping error shall be treated as a return and subject to terms and conditions of returns.

Damaged

All damaged items must be reported within 24 Hours of delivery. Willow Bath And Vanity products are packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We work hard to make sure your order reaches you in quality condition.

For evident damages, please refuse delivery immediately. Most minor damages can be replaced by parts sent from Willow And Bath and do not require a full return of the vanity set. If there is minor damage, please note on the Proof of Delivery that the driver will have you sign. If you are unable to inspect the shipments right away, please note, “Subject to inspection, possibly concealed damage.”

If a replacement part is needed, pictures of the damaged product will need to be submitted. For assistance on a request, please get in touch with the Retailer the order was purchased through or Willow Bath And Vanity Customer Service at 877-788-8444 for assistance on a request.

Defective

All Willow And Bath products are handcrafted by experienced professionals who take ample time and care to make each product unique and one of a kind. We strive to provide exceptional quality products as well as customer service.

If the product is notated as defective, a return request must be provided within 30 days of the delivery date. Photos and videos showcasing the defect are required for a return or replacement of the order. Please also provide the product item SKU # or the Quality Control Sticker found on countertops and cabinets. Once provided, Willow Bath and Vanity will investigate the issue and provide resolutions and/or approval of return.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Approved order cancellations will receive an email confirmation of the status. If the order is not in Willow Bath And Vanity warehouse and is en route, the shipment cannot be canceled.

If an order is refused due to a cancellation that was not provided in time, this will be considered a Buyer’s Remorse Return. The customer will be held responsible for fees incurred for the order.

Carrier Fees

If the trucking company has made multiple attempts to contact you to establish a delivery date and time but the customer/retailer does not provide a response or agreed-upon date, storage fees may incur by the trucking company.

If incorrect information was provided to Willow Bath and Vanity when the order was placed or a re-consignment (change of address) is requested when the item is already in transit, the customer/retailer will be responsible for the fees incurred. Willow Bath And Vanity reserves the right to charge these storage fees to the responsible parties.

Buyer’s Return

Returns of non-damaged items must be made within 30 days of delivery of merchandise. All returns must be returned in “new” condition and in undamaged Willow Bath and Vanity packaging and crating materials.

If the order was returned on Willow Bath and Vanity carrier and is approved upon return. The retailer will receive credit for the full amount minus the 15% restocking fee, Original Shipping fee, and Return Shipping Fee.

If an order is being returned on the Retailer’s carrier and RMA is approved, tracking information for return must be provided to Willow Bath And Vanity. The tracking number must activate within 30 days of delivery. Once a return is inspected and approved, a credit will be released to the retailer. Please note if a return is delivered past the 30 days, the order will be subject to partial credit or whatever Willow Bath And Vanity deem.

I ordered the Wrong Size/Style.

Willow Bath And Vanity will not be held responsible for measuring errors or if the color finish is not to your liking. We urge customers to request a sample before placing an order through info@willowbathandvanity.com

Please always double-check your measurements. If you receive your products and they are the wrong size, please get in touch with the retailer from who you purchased through. Please note if the products received are incorrect due to a Customer or Retailer Error, the person(s) will be responsible for returning the wrong product and the delivery charges for the replacement if requested.

Sale or Clearance items

We do not accept returns and exchanges, except for manufacturing defects, on any sale or clearance items. All Sale items are marked on the website with a “sale” tag.
