An 80-inch-and-up double vanity is the anchor of a large master bath, so it should be built like heirloom furniture — not like a big-box cabinet. Every Willow vanity in this collection is built from real wood — solid teak, solid white oak, solid mango, or painted birch frames and doors, with a natural veneer over marine-grade, moisture-resistant plywood on the larger panels, and never MDF or particleboard. That is the difference that matters at this size. A vanity this long lives in a humid room for decades, and the pressed-wood units sold by big-box and mass-market brands swell, sag, and delaminate where solid teak and oak simply do not.
Choosing an 80-inch or larger double vanity
At 84 to 96 inches wide you get two full sink stations with real elbow room between them, so two people can get ready at once. Measure your wall and door swing first, then decide on layout: freestanding for a furniture-forward master, floating for a lighter, modern look, or offset if plumbing sits to one side. Willow’s double-sink range includes 48-inch options as well as larger sizes. Check the selected model for available sink layouts, dimensions and hardware. If 84 inches is tight for your wall, compare our 72 inch vanities; if you want a matching secondary bath, browse single-sink vanities.
Construction and countertop materials
Each vanity is built from kiln-dried hardwood with soft-close dovetail drawers reinforced with pocket-hole joinery, concealed adjustable hinges, and a durable low-VOC finish. Tops come pre-sealed with a matching backsplash, and depending on the design they are offered in quartz, quartzite, marble, travertine or terrazzo — finished with your choice of Mitered Edge or Cove Edge. Every piece ships fully assembled, fast and insured, so an 84 or 96 inch vanity arrives ready to set and plumb.

80-Inch and Larger Double Vanity FAQ
What size vanity do I need for a large master bath?
For a wide wall with room for two people, an 84 or 96 inch double vanity gives each person a full sink station with comfortable counter space in between. Always measure your wall length, plus door and drawer swing, before choosing between an 84 in and a 96 in layout. If your wall is a little tighter, a 72 inch vanity is the next size down.
Are these vanities made of solid wood?
Yes, in the wood lines. Every vanity in this collection is real wood — solid teak, solid white oak, solid mango, or painted birch frames and doors, with a natural veneer over marine-grade, moisture-resistant plywood on the larger panels. There is never any MDF or particleboard, which is what lets a vanity this size hold up in a humid bathroom for decades.
Should I choose a freestanding or floating layout?
Freestanding vanities read as furniture and suit a traditional or transitional master bath, while floating vanities mount to the wall for a lighter, more modern look and easier floor cleaning. If your plumbing sits to one side, an offset configuration keeps the sinks balanced. The same designs and hardware are available across all three layouts.
What countertops can I get on an 80-inch-and-up vanity?
Depending on the design, tops come in quartz, quartzite, marble, travertine or terrazzo, each pre-sealed with a matching backsplash and finished with your choice of a Mitered or Cove edge. You can compare the surfaces on our countertops guide before you order.
Do these large vanities ship assembled?
Yes. Even at 84 to 96 inches, every vanity ships fully assembled, fast and insured, so it arrives ready to set in place and plumb — no flat-pack construction and no missing hardware.
