Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Willow Bath & Vanity ("Willow," "we," "us," or "our") and the technology providers that support willowbathandvanity.com (the "Site") use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, session-replay tools, server-side events, and similar technologies (collectively, "Cookies"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Do

Cookies are small files or related technologies that allow a website or service to recognize a browser or device, remember choices, secure a session, measure activity, or support advertising. Some operate only during a browser session. Others remain until their stated expiration, until you delete them, or until the provider removes them.

2. Categories We Use

Strictly Necessary and Security

These technologies operate the storefront and checkout, maintain a cart, authenticate accounts, remember privacy choices, process payments, detect fraud, balance traffic, and protect the Site. The Site may not function correctly without them. Providers may include Shopify, Shop Pay, payment and financing providers, Cloudflare, hCaptcha, and fraud-prevention services.

Preferences and Functionality

These technologies remember language, region, currency, wishlist, form, back-in-stock, chat, loyalty, referral, review, and other optional settings or features. Providers may include Shopify, Swym, Notify Me, Smile.io, Judge.me, Trustpilot, Reputon, Klaviyo, and Zoho SalesIQ.

Analytics and Performance

These technologies help us understand traffic and use, diagnose errors, evaluate page performance, measure conversions, and improve the Site. They may collect device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, referring URLs, pages viewed, searches, clicks, scrolling, cart activity, and technical events. Providers may include Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other Adobe technologies used by Willow, Microsoft Clarity, and other disclosed measurement services.

Advertising and Personalization

These technologies help measure campaigns, attribute orders or other actions, limit or personalize advertisements, create audiences, and understand ad engagement across sites or services. Providers may include Google Ads and Google & YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, OpenAI Ads measurement, Adobe marketing technologies, and Shopify or custom pixels. Depending on applicable law, these activities may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even when Willow does not receive money for the disclosure.

3. Session Replay and Interactive Tools

Where enabled, session-replay and interaction tools may recreate navigation, mouse movements, clicks or taps, scrolling, form engagement, device and browser details, and technical errors. Information may be transmitted to the provider as the interaction occurs. We use these tools for troubleshooting, security, support, and service improvement.

We do not use session replay for the purpose of collecting payment-card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive content. Session-replay providers may offer masking, field exclusions, page exclusions, and consent controls, but no technical measure is guaranteed to prevent every unintended submission. Do not enter sensitive information into chat or a free-text field unless Willow directs you to an appropriate secure method. A provider may receive device, browser, network, or interaction information when its technology loads or operates. Where applicable law requires a choice before a non-essential technology may operate, the relevant technology must be configured to honor that choice; this Policy is not a substitute for that consent.

4. Shopify and Other Providers

Willow is the merchant operating this store. Shopify Inc. is a separate company that provides our ecommerce, hosting, checkout, analytics, and privacy-management technology. Shopify may process data for Willow and may also process certain consumer information for purposes described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Shopify publishes a list of Shopify cookies.

Other providers control their own technologies and may change cookie names or durations. Their processing is governed by their contracts with Willow and, where they act independently, by their own privacy notices.

5. Manage Cookie Preferences

When a "Cookie Settings" or "Manage preferences" control is displayed, use it to manage the optional categories available through that control. Where displayed, a cookie banner may also provide choices to accept, reject, or manage optional categories. Availability can depend on region, device, browser, and the technologies integrated with the control. Your choice is generally browser- and device-specific. If you clear storage, use another browser, or use another device, you may need to make the choice again.

Open Your Privacy Choices for the sale, sharing, and targeted-advertising choices available on that page.

You may also block or delete Cookies using browser settings, but blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent the cart, checkout, account, or other requested features from working.

6. Sale, Sharing, Targeted Advertising, and GPC

Where applicable, use Your Privacy Choices to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. When a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is present in a region where Shopify's data-sale or sharing opt-out is configured, Shopify treats the signal as an opt-out for that browser or device. Other technologies honor GPC or related privacy choices only when properly integrated with the applicable consent system. A browser-based signal does not necessarily identify you across other browsers or devices.

Opting out of targeted advertising does not eliminate all advertisements. You may continue to receive contextual advertising that is not based on cross-site activity.

7. Retention

Cookie and related-data retention varies by category, purpose, provider, configuration, consent status, legal requirements, and whether the data is needed for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, or a dispute. Strictly necessary and security data may be retained for the session or for the period needed to maintain a requested feature, protect the Site, document a privacy choice, or address fraud or a dispute. Preference and functionality data generally follows the life of the selected feature or stored preference. Analytics and advertising data generally follows the configured Cookie, pixel, campaign, consent, or provider period. Session Cookies generally expire when the browser session ends; persistent Cookies remain for their configured period or until deleted. Provider notices or controls may supply additional retention information for provider-controlled technologies.

8. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy when our services, providers, settings, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
