Manhattan Bathroom Vanities with Thick Countertops

The Manhattan bathroom vanity collection is designed for homeowners who want more than a standard cabinet. Each Manhattan vanity combines a 5-inch thick countertop, reeded slim shaker doors, premium storage, and a furniture-style freestanding base for a bathroom that feels custom, architectural, and luxury-focused.

Choose Manhattan if you are looking for a bathroom vanity with a thick countertop, a reeded slim shaker vanity, or a modern freestanding vanity available in painted finishes, Golden Teak, White Oak and Nordic White Oak. With single and double sink layouts, Manhattan works for powder rooms, guest bathrooms, shared bathrooms and primary bathroom remodels.

What Makes Manhattan Different?

The Manhattan bathroom vanity stands out because it combines three design details that rarely come together: a thick 5-inch countertop, reeded slim shaker cabinet fronts, and premium everyday storage. Most vanities have one strong feature — Manhattan has all three.

The thick countertop creates the bold architectural profile, the reeded slim shaker doors add vertical texture and cabinet detail, and the storage features keep the vanity practical for real bathrooms, not just showroom photos.

5-Inch Thick Countertop

The thick countertop is the signature Manhattan feature. A standard vanity top can look thin and simple; the Manhattan top creates a bold stone profile that makes the vanity feel more custom and more architectural.

Countertop Feature	Why It Matters
5-inch thick profile	Creates a bold statement edge
Thick stone appearance	Makes the vanity feel custom and luxury
Quartz and marble options	Supports different design and maintenance preferences
Strong horizontal line	Balances the vertical reeded doors
Architectural profile	Gives the vanity a designer-built look

A thick countertop works especially well with Manhattan because the horizontal stone edge balances the vertical grooves on the doors and drawers. The result feels structured, not busy.

Reeded Slim Shaker Doors

The Manhattan cabinet fronts are best described as reeded slim shaker doors — a thin shaker-style frame around vertical reeded panels. This gives Manhattan more detail than a flat-panel vanity and more structure than a fully fluted cabinet.

The look works well in modern, transitional, organic modern, warm contemporary and luxury bathroom designs.

Style Term	How It Applies to Manhattan
Reeded	Vertical grooves across doors and drawer fronts
Fluted	The same vertical texture many shoppers call “fluted”
Slim shaker	Thin shaker frame around the reeded panels
Reeded shaker	Shaker structure combined with reeded panel texture

Black	High-contrast modern bathrooms and powder rooms	Bold, graphic, dramatic

Manhattan Teak Vanities

A Manhattan Teak vanity is ideal if you want a warm wood vanity with a thick stone top. Golden Teak makes the reeded slim shaker doors feel rich, natural and spa-inspired.

Teak Finish	Best For	Design Feel
Golden Teak	Warm modern bathrooms, spa bathrooms, primary suites	Warm, natural, substantial, furniture-like
Premium Teak	Luxury bathrooms and richer wood-tone designs	Elevated, warm, refined

Manhattan Teak pairs beautifully with white quartz, marble-look tops, brushed brass faucets, matte black hardware, warm lighting and neutral tile. Browse more teak bathroom vanities.

Manhattan White Oak Vanities

A Manhattan White Oak vanity is best when you want the reeded slim shaker style in a lighter, cleaner wood tone. White Oak and Nordic White Oak work especially well in modern, Scandinavian, organic modern and neutral bathrooms.

White Oak Finish	Best For	Design Feel
White Oak	Modern transitional bathrooms and neutral remodels	Warm, clean, current, natural
Nordic White Oak	Scandinavian, minimalist and light modern bathrooms	Airy, soft, calm, refined

Manhattan Vanity Size Guide

Before choosing finish, countertop or faucet configuration, start with size. Manhattan is available in single and double sink layouts for bathrooms ranging from compact powder rooms to larger primary suites.

Manhattan Vanity Size	Best For	Recommended Layout	Shop Related Size
24 inch	Compact powder rooms and very small bathrooms	Single sink	20"–29" vanities
30 inch	Powder rooms, small bathrooms, compact guest baths	Single sink	30"–39" vanities
36 inch	Guest bathrooms, hall baths, small full bathrooms	Single, center or offset sink	30"–39" vanities
42 inch	Medium bathrooms and guest baths	Single sink	40"–49" vanities
48 inch	Larger single sink bathrooms	Single or double sink	40"–49" vanities
60 inch	Primary and shared bathrooms, wide single sink layouts	Single or double sink	50"–69" vanities
72 inch	Comfortable primary and shared bathrooms	Double sink	70"–79" vanities
84 inch	Large primary bathrooms and luxury remodels	Double sink	80" & up vanities

For a powder room, choose a 24 or 30 inch Manhattan. For a guest bath, choose 36, 42 or 48 inch. For a primary bathroom, choose 60, 72 or 84 inch depending on whether you want one sink or two.

Single Sink vs Double Sink Manhattan Vanities

Manhattan comes in both single-sink and double-sink layouts. The right choice depends on bathroom size, plumbing location, storage needs and how many people use the room.

Layout	Best For	Why It Works
Single sink	Powder rooms, guest baths, hall baths, small bathrooms	Thick-top style and storage without crowding the room
Wide single sink (48–60 in)	Larger single-sink bathrooms	Luxury single-basin look with more counter space
Double sink	Primary and shared bathrooms	Two people can use the vanity at once
Large double (72–84 in)	Primary bath focal walls	Balanced focal point with thick-countertop presence

Countertop Options for Manhattan Vanities

The Manhattan countertop is part of the design, not just a surface. Because the top has a thick edge, the stone color, veining and edge profile are more visible than they would be on a standard vanity top.

Countertop Type	Best For	Design Result
White quartz top	Modern bathrooms, guest baths, primary bathrooms	Clean, bright, practical and easy to coordinate
Calacatta-style quartz	Luxury and transitional bathrooms	Bold veining with lower maintenance than natural marble
Carrara-style quartz	Classic and soft modern bathrooms	Subtle movement and a timeless look
Genuine marble	Luxury bathrooms and natural stone lovers	Unique veining and classic elegance
Terrazzo or patterned top	Statement bathrooms and designer spaces	More visual texture and personality

Choose quartz for a practical everyday surface, marble for natural stone character, or a dramatic quartz or terrazzo look when the Manhattan vanity is the main design statement.

Faucet Configuration Options

Depending on the selected top and configuration, Manhattan supports different faucet setups — and the faucet style changes the entire look of a thick-countertop vanity.

Faucet Configuration	Best For	Design Feel
Single-hole faucet	Modern bathrooms and clean thick quartz tops	Minimal, easy to clean, streamlined
8-inch widespread faucet	Luxury, traditional and transitional bathrooms	Elegant, balanced, high-end
Wall-mount faucet	Custom remodels and architectural bathroom designs	Spa-like, clean countertop, designer look

Before ordering, confirm faucet drilling and make sure it matches the faucet style you plan to use. For double-sink Manhattan vanities, both faucet zones should match.

Storage, Power & Organization

Manhattan is a statement vanity, but it is also built for daily routines, with details that keep the bathroom organized and reduce countertop clutter.

Feature	Why It Matters	Best For
Soft-close drawers and doors	Reduces noise and gives a premium feel	Primary, family and luxury bathrooms
Dovetail drawer construction	Stronger, furniture-style construction	Daily-use bathrooms and long-term remodels
Hair-dryer organizer	Keeps hot tools and cords off the countertop	Primary and shared bathrooms
Power and USB outlet	Charging and styling tools inside the vanity	Modern routines and clutter-free countertops
Single and double sink layouts	Fits the same collection to different bathroom sizes	Powder rooms through primary suites

Best Manhattan Vanity by Bathroom Type

Different bathrooms need different Manhattan sizes, colors and sink layouts — a powder room needs a compact statement, while a primary bathroom needs scale, storage and comfort.

Bathroom Type	Best Manhattan Vanity	Why
Powder room	24 or 30 inch painted single sink	Compact size with strong thick-top and reeded detail
Small full bathroom	30 or 36 inch Manhattan	Practical storage without overwhelming the room
Guest bathroom	42 or 48 inch Manhattan	More counter space and a more finished look
Kids’ bathroom	Painted Manhattan with quartz top	Durable, stylish and easy to coordinate
Primary bathroom	60 or 72 inch Manhattan	Better storage, thicker top and stronger scale
Shared bathroom	72 inch double sink	Two sink zones with balanced storage
Large primary suite	84 inch double sink	Large luxury focal point with a dramatic stone profile

What to Measure Before Buying a Manhattan Vanity

Because Manhattan has a thick countertop and freestanding base, finished size and clearance matter — measure carefully before ordering.

• Wall width: measure the full wall or opening where the vanity will sit.
• Vanity depth: confirm the cabinet and countertop won’t block the walkway or door swing.
• Countertop overhang: measure the finished top, not only the cabinet box.
• Plumbing location: check drain and supply line placement before choosing sink layout.
• Drawer clearance: make sure drawers won’t hit the toilet, wall or shower door.
• Faucet configuration: confirm single-hole, 8-inch widespread or wall-mount compatibility.
• Delivery path: make sure the vanity fits through doors, stairs and hallways.

Final Thoughts

Manhattan stands out for one thing above all: a bathroom vanity with a thick countertop. Layered on top are the reeded slim shaker doors and a choice of finishes — painted colors, Golden Teak, White Oak and Nordic White Oak.

Choose a painted Manhattan for a tailored designer color, Manhattan Teak for a warmer richer wood tone, or Manhattan White Oak or Nordic White Oak for a lighter, cleaner modern look. Pick a 24–30 inch for a powder room, 36–48 inch for a guest bath, and 60–84 inch for a primary bathroom.

If you want a vanity that feels more custom than a standard shaker cabinet, Manhattan’s thick countertop, reeded slim shaker doors and premium storage are the details that make the difference.
