The cabinet is birch, never MDF or particleboard, which is the difference between a vanity you keep and one you replace after a few wet years. Design and construction
The rounded-frame, recessed-panel doors are the detail that defines the Chicago line, softer than a square Shaker frame and easy to live with in a traditional or transitional bathroom. Behind the finish the cabinet is built from birch rather than MDF or particleboard, and that is what lets it take years of steam and splashes without the edges swelling. Drawers are dovetailed and mounted on soft-close glides, the doors close on soft-close hinges, and the wood is FSC-certified.
Countertop and finish
Countertops are offered in quartz, marble, quartzite or terrazzo, cut with a Mitered or Cove edge and paired with a matching backsplash. The stone ships in its own protective box, separate from the cabinet, so it arrives intact. The undermount basins are set and the top joined to the vanity during installation.

Absolutely beautiful vanity and countertop! It arrived quickly and was exactly as pictured on the website, I love it. The only thing I would point out is that the sink has to be installed separately, my contractor was surprised that it was not already attached to the countertop.

Beautiful little teak vanity. Solid, easy to install, and it looks far nicer in person than any big-box option we saw.
We bought the Chicago Teak 30 for a guest bath that sees a lot of use, and it has been an excellent choice. The cabinet feels genuinely solid, not at all like the particleboard vanities we’ve replaced elsewhere. The teak grain looks beautiful in person, and the finish seems carefully sealed against moisture. After several weeks of hot showers, there’s no swelling, cracking or discoloration near the sink. The drawer is deep enough for everyday toiletries, and the cabinet space below leaves room for the trap without wasting volume. Our installer said he didn’t need to carve up the drawer box to make things fit, which has definitely happened with other brands. The vanity arrived in a sturdy crate, corners well protected, and would have been easy to replace if something were wrong, but it came pristine.
Shipping went smoother than I expected for something this heavy. The crate was solid, with corner protection and clear instructions on what to do if anything was damaged. Fortunately, everything arrived flawless and installation was straightforward for our contractor.
Seeing the vanity in person made a big difference. Online photos looked good, but in real life the teak color and grain are richer. The piece has nice weight, dovetail drawer construction, and the overall vibe is more like a small console than a standard vanity.
Humidity has always been an issue in this bathroom, so we were cautious about wood. The Chicago teak finish seems well sealed and hasn’t shown any swelling around the sink. It wipes clean easily and has a soft, natural sheen that feels upscale.
Our installer commented that the plumbing cutouts were well thought out. There was room for the trap and shutoffs without having to notch the drawer, which has been a problem on other projects. The cabinet came square, and the soft-close hardware needed almost no adjustment.
I’m impressed by how much they fit into 30 inches. The drawer holds tall bottles without tipping, and the cabinet space is easy to access. The teak grain looks warm and natural, and the vanity arrived in perfect shape with no scratches or dings.
The Chicago Teak 30 fits our small bath perfectly and still offers real storage. The solid teak construction feels robust, and the finish has handled daily splashes with no issues. It looks like a compact furniture piece instead of a typical builder-grade box.
I had been searching for a vanity without pre-drilled holes, lots of storage, durable for a boys bathroom; and I had almost decided that buying a freestanding vanity was going to be as much as custom built-ins. Enter Willow Bath and Vanity! I still can't believe it was not too good to be true. An 84" TEAK vanity with everything we were looking for, shipped across the US for $5k?! The wood, quartz, sinks everything looks great. We have not installed it yet, I was too excited to wait to leave a review. But I'm happy to submit pictures when it's done.

A complete vanity configuration includes the assembled cabinet, cabinet hardware, your selected countertop and backsplash, and the under-mount sink basin or basins pre-cut to fit. The countertop and basin ship separately for safer handling. Faucets, drains, plumbing parts and mirrors are sold separately unless the product page says otherwise.
Does the vanity arrive assembled, and who should install it?
The cabinet arrives assembled with its drawers, doors and soft-close hardware in place. Your installer will attach the countertop and backsplash, set the sink, and connect the faucet and plumbing. Stone tops are heavy, so we recommend an experienced vanity installer or licensed plumbing professional.
